By using Femployment, operated by Feufo Inc., you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These govern your use of the platform, whether as a job seeker or an employer.

1. Eligibility

  • Job Seekers:
    You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in your desired location.
  • Employers:
    You must provide accurate company details and comply with all local, national, and international employment laws.

2. Account Creation and Usage

  • Job Seekers:
    You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Ensure that your profile and resume are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Employers:
    You are responsible for posting accurate job listings and maintaining compliance with all relevant employment laws.

3. Job Posting and Application Process

  • Job Seekers:
    By applying for jobs, you consent to the sharing of your resume and contact information with employers.
  • Employers:
    You agree to pay for services such as job postings or resume access. All payments are processed via Stripe and are non-refundable.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for services on Femployment are processed securely via Stripe, and no payment information is stored on our platform. All payments for services such as job postings and resume database access are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

5. Resume Database and Data Usage

  • Job Seekers:
    Your resume may be made searchable if you opt in. Employers who purchase access can view your resume, and they may contact you directly.
  • Employers:
    You agree to use the resume database responsibly and in compliance with privacy laws. Misuse of personal data may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Data Use and Privacy

All personal data shared on Femployment is subject to our Privacy Policy. Employers are responsible for handling job seeker data in compliance with data protection laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Femployment acts as an intermediary between job seekers and employers and cannot guarantee job placements or hiring outcomes. The platform is provided on an “as-is” basis, and Feufo Inc. is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts if users engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, United States.
